Awards Day

So I have to say it MY KIDS ARE AWESOME!!
Abby got Student of the year award for her class. We are so proud of her! She is so smart and works so hard. She never forgot her homework and has bcome a excellent reader. Keep up the good work.
Kat got 4
awards but the one that really stands out is the Presidential Fitness award. Only 3 people got it and she was the only girl. They do lots of indurance and strength test during
the year and she totally kicked butt. She couldn't believe that President Bush actually signed her
certificate.
Watch out American Gladiators!

Wow! I am so impressed and proud! Suz & Zac-- your Kat, Abby, Liam & Zander are really thriving and are so talented, not to mention gorgeous and handsome! I wish so badly that I could visit! I miss all of you so much- and I'm so sorry that I don't write much! There are so many people to keep up with, and I'm still trying to heal-but the medicine I have to take keeps my blood levels low, so I feel weaker than normal. Mandi lives with me and I have to take her to work every morning, but she just finished her CNA (2nd time), and is trying to find a different job. Sorry my other comment showed up twice, it said it didn't go through! Mandi is going to Ukraine for the "Language" (ILP) program end of August, for 4 months. She is so great to have around. I am obscessed though, with yardwork, and I spend more time on that, than anything else. My yard is so gorgeous, (to me anyway). I've had many surprises blossom up everywhere, especially around the ponds. I love it! I'm so glad for all of you- things sound really great. Please hug the kids for me, and hopefully I'll put more comments on sometime. My family has the same blog, and I tried to put a picture on it-it didn't work. This particular program is weird for me, I guess. Need to take time to figure it out more. Wish I could visit, one of these DAYS I'm going to! Lance sent me a voice text, that Mandi & I laughed our heads off.. it was Ethan laughing hysterically. SOOO cute! Wish you guys were HERE! ugh! Also-I feel really bad because on Memorial day, of ALL days, I didn't put flowers on Dave's grave. I totally intended to, but the day before, and all that day, I cried my eyes out, every time I thought about it-and it was raining SOOO bad, that my tires slid on my way to work-so I enjoyed the flowers myself, which are still beautiful- & think of him everytime I look at them. I bet he doesn't mind at all. I hope no-one thought I had just spaced it. I still think of him every day, and miss him terribly.
Take care- and know I love you all dearly!
Love, Leigh (Ellett) W.

Is anyone shocked that you have the two most amazing girls in North Carolina? I am certainly not. I know what ever they try they will be successful. I look forward to the next American Gladiator. Uncle Nick better watch out I think Kaddy can take him. When we visit I expect Abby to read me a huge book with lots of words. May Harry Potter. I haven't read that yet.
