Kat's B-day

10, the big double digit.
The sleepover was a hit they partied all night

It sure was hard to keep the cucumbers on our
eyes, but sometimes it takes work being a girl.

Dear Kat! Happy Birthday!! It's Grandma Leigh, and I'm sorry I didn't send you something! I've been so caught up with trying to sell our house and buy a house in Kaysville, that I have let everything go, and to tell the truth, I've been still feeling badly about everything and can't seem to get happy. It's no excuse! I sure miss you and Abby and everyone else... and you look so beautiful in your pictures and looks like you had awesome fun on your birthday! Some day I am going to visit there and see everyone. I'm really anxious to see Zander and little Ethan. I can't believe that both of their middle names are David. I cried when I found that out, both times. I just saw all the pictures and you are so lucky to live in a backyard that deer visit. We are moving into an older home, a smaller one in Kaysville which is a little past Lagoon. It has waterfall ponds in the back yard, with big & little Koi(huge goldfish) but the owner is going to take them when she gets her new ponds built. My new back yard is like a "Garden of Eden", it's been made and tended so beautifully. It's the same in the front with tons of flowers & exotic trees & plants.
I had Tyona over to spend the night about a month or 2 ago, and we went to see the movie-- can't remember the name! A musical with this overweight cute girl and John Travolta played her MOM! It was funny & silly. Please tell me how you are doing if you have time, I would love to hear from you and have you tell me everything that is going on in your life, both you and Abby. Congratulations Abby on getting baptized! I bet you felt so wonderful when you got confirmed, did you feel a warm loving feeling in your chest?

I have lots more to say, and I've wanted to call so bad, but I seem to cry too much, and I'm still having a hard time and still very sad about Grandpa Dave. I miss him very much and I know I'll be with him again, but for some reason, I can't stop being depressed and unhappy about it and that has really affected everything. I know with prayer and staying close to the church will help me get better. I miss you all so much!! I can't wait to visit someday... and see everyone. Please write soon, if you can, OK?

Love you ALL!! SOOOO MUCH!!

I'll call you some time, and hopefully not start crying! I'm such a baby these days.
